Cancellation Policy

In respect of our skilled and valuable instructors, we require payment for all sessions rendered to clients. We also require clients to pay the entire cost of canceled sessions with less than 48 hours of notice. Any sessions canceled with more than 48 hours of notice are eligible for rescheduling if space and instructors are able to accommodate. Sessions canceled with more than 48 hours of notice are eligible for a 75% discount on payment to secure the recurring session slot. Canceled sessions are non-refundable. Sessions canceled by instructors or Manor House Scholars due to sickness or forces of nature (volcanic ash, each quake, wind storms, blizzards, road conditions, etc.) will not be charged to the client. Manor House Scholars is open during posted business hours (seen on our schedule). As a general rule, we close when after-school activities are canceled. If we remain open, communications will be made directly with impacted clients.
